Beware of "AUTAI Company"

They brag about their production scale but in real they are nothing. we finalised a deal with them for Teflon rod and materials was virgin. when it arrive to port it was total recycle material. We were helpless and we dump all the material to bin. When we told this factory about this they said that they cannot do anything. When we go for complain about them, they just vanish from the market. Please avoid doing business with such unprofessional and cheater. Beware of "Luannan Dingsheng Garden Tools Manufactory"

We got the quote for long handled shovel from this factory and they have sent us sample for the same. Sample was so good that we finalised the order of two containers. They told us that shipment will be in 25 days. Now its about 5 months passed and yet they haven't delivered the goods to us. They are now arguing for Low quality handles which we cant accept. So we want the return of our advance amount and also the compensation which we lose the order of our customer. Please do not deal with them and do special care while you have any pending order.
